I may have had catfish, I just can't remember. I love trout, but most of the stuff near here is farmed and than dumped into the river, so it isn't as good.

Yeah, we went swimming once and there was this guy fishing along the river, and he showed up the difference between the wild trout, which is pink inside and the farmed trout, which is white. There's a big fish hatchery up in the mountains that we visited once, where they raise the trout until it's old enough to dump into the river.
