Zebras, zedonks, zonkeys

Has anyone ever had any experience handling zebras or zonkeys?? Are they like donkeys, mules at all? Do they have different care requirements other than aggression work?

I've heard they are more stubborn, harder to work with, there is a reason they aren't commonly found. I just saw a zorse on Craigslist tho and I can't say I'm not interested.
