I saw an ad for an 11 yr old broke arabian gelding, he has done endurance, 25 and 50 milers. He has sat for the last year, his dear owner is getting a divorce, having to sell her farm and is moving to CA and can only take 2 horses. He is a bit wary of new people, but after a treat, he was in my pocket and was loving on me and wanting scritchies. Sound, registered, easy to ride, catch, trailer, good for the farrier.
He needs to work on trust with men, (he will be fed and grained, and given treats at my friends place, he is a guy) so he should get over that REAL quick, but has been ridden on an 25 miler by the former owner's friend. And he is just in need of a makeover, and getting him into shape.

He is by AA Apollo Bey!! I think this guy will make a great Park horse!, or Gymkhana horse. I will be taking him to a fun show in March.

For those who were interested. The lady with the ugly appy's and QH's from bad angles....
She said when I asked for more pics, "Lets keep in touch, I will try to get out sometime when its warm to get pics.".... meaning that because I didn't pick one from a bad photo right off the bat,
170.00 delivered.. she didn't want to be bothered.

Anyway, just thought I would share.

That's great! Check his teeth, with those dapples, he may even be a bit younger though different horses gray at different rates

Cool!

He's my horse's half-brother. (My mare is a half-Arab daughter of AA Apollo Bey)

What's his name?

Who did you buy him from? I know some WI endurance riders.

Here's Zeus' sister, Party Party aka Izzie. You can see the similarity in the facial expressions.

He was given to me from Peggy Garner out of Argyle WI.

May I ask what breeding on the Saddlebred side your mare has?

My mare has Sultan's Santana and Harlem Globetrotter in her ASB pedigree.

Dam is Parkways Society Gal. Traces back to Society Rex and Gaines Denmark.

I almost bred her back to a Denmark bred Saddlebred stallion that was doing 4th Level dressage. I'm kinda sorry I didn't. "Commander's Cadence" was the stallion and he was out in Colorado.

All these grays love it. I have a Bey Imprimis daughter... Love em, Bey Shah was an awesome stallion! This is BA Joleta Bey with my 14 year old
