I think its a blast minus that 3/4 of my eggs did not hatch..... I'm a bit disappointed. Though the few quail that did hatch are flipping cute! Tomorrow I'm going to go threw the eggs to see if they they had growing embryos or they were just duds.

Bait your traps with raw meat. Chicken hearts and livers work well. I would set the trap reasonably close to your coop. The lil bugger knows he has a easy meal there.

My A&M roo is the loudest of the bunch. Though I guess I like it. Its a neat sound. My brown roo that has 5 ladies to himself rarely crows. My 2 A&M roos share 3 ladies and crow quite a bit.

Now a Button hatched and 2 more buttons are breaking threw. Tons of the Coutnix are rocking.

So I been up since 4:00am........ So far we have 4 browns and 3 A&M's hatch. One of the Buttons has its beak poking threw the shell.
