    Don and or Walt, because I do some sculpting I look at bone beneeth the feathers, so we should be looking for wide pelvis and wide deep rib cage to get the larger birds that are needed? I hope this won't throw the discussion off too much but it will help me understand. the choices between them...

    To me there seems to be different eye sets and shapes between #1 and #2, also their beaks are different shapes and colors which is more correct? I'm on west coast time so I'm behind.

    Orange Ribbon, I hold my egg and flash light in one hand with the egg resting on light. You will be albe to see much more clearly. that is how I took this pic. I don't candle too often just 3 or4 times a hatch.
