We have an amazing apple crop this year and was I would love to make a batch of hard cider and wine. For the hard cider does it require a glass secondary? Im running short on them. Any tips or tried and true recipes would be great. I also just picked up my first bushel of pears. Woot!
Picked up a new 3 gallon carboy yesterday and a bunch of yeast. I am ready to make a batch of peach elderberry wine and a small batch of parsley wine .

I have a winery about 5mi from my house. They everything except grape wines. I like making my own bcause its fun and the satisfaction of giving others homemade goodness I bag not tried parsley wine but I heard is good and my parsely has taken over my garden.
I need to 2nd rack my strawberry rhubarb soon. I plan to start a blueberry and a rhubarb. I have a lot of parsley growing and might make a small batch of wine our of that. Depending how the peaches are I might brew up some peach or make elderberry peach. The possiblities are endless right...
