I'm glad to hear you got a refund, Cyn. I guess getting the company to admit the dye job on your fabric was a mess was asking a bit too much, but at least they refunded you. Love the new fabrics! Heaven help me if I ever go near that place and start shopping… They have WAY too many lovely...

Love the bird fabric too! I find it hard to find nice designs of animals or birds on printed fabric for quilting. I made one quilt to order for a little girl who liked animals. After failing to find suitable fabric I popped in at this lovely shop that sold all sorts of Indian clothing and more...

Thank you, Cyn. Doesn't quite match your creations yet, but I'm happy with them It's hard to believe not 10 years I only sewed when I had to. Now I do it for fun? Debby, yes, batting, but not a thick one. Maybe 4mm thick. It pads the quilt enough and it's surprisingly warm.

Thank goodness I can't order fabric online… I go crazy enough in the shops!
