Any Home Bakers Here?

Yesterday I made shortbread and Apple bread (banana bread with boiled apple instead). I think I need to make another loaf of bread tomorrow (need my fresh bread fix). I'm blaming this thread for my bread making. The shop bought bread isn't getting eaten as much, I've got two in the freezer and another three on the food shop that I probably didn't need. May have to cut down on the shop bread I'm ordering.

I had a big fat slice of bread for breakfast too! Strawberry jam on mine with a cup of coffee.
Perfect breakfast if you ask me, well, until I can learn to make GF english muffins. Boy do I miss those nooks and crannies.

One of my GF books arrived last night. It's got a recipe for GF Challah...can't wait! Before I was GF a friend would bring a home made loaf to work for me whenever she made them for the community center. :drool

croatian potato bread will bake up in a couple of hours. It is not sourdough but very tasty!

I had an home made english muffin toasted with honey with breakfast!
