Any Home Bakers Here?

Debby, I baked this banana bread:
2 cups flour (one AP one whole wheat)1 1/2 teasp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas ( 3 or 4)
1/2 CUP canola oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
all dry ingredients in one bowl
all wet in one bowl
combine...
350 degree oven 35-60 minutes I do not like a high quick bread
I baked mine in a 9 x5 large tin. Aria

Bowl 2 eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, oil. Add all at once to bowl l
(dry mixture). Stir just till moistened (batter will be lumpy) fold in
walnuts. Line your tin with parchment paper. Leave partcment about one inch on each side. Easy to life when cooled. ENJOY

making ham and bean soup but have dinner rolls ready I made a week ago
That's what I'm making tomorrow! I've been saving some meat and the bone from the ham I made earlier in the week. Figured I'd wait on the bean soup for the weekend, when everyone can stay home and not be around people for a few days, if ya know what I mean! ;)
