Oysters!
 
For real, I’m using one pie crust for breakfast pastries. I have over half a pound of cooked sausage Duckling would rather not eat. I asked, and she said she’d rather chunky sausage. I’m not a fan of sausage, but I’ll enjoy it more than her.
I ordered two sizes of crust bags, and they will arrive tomorrow. I have rhubarb in the freezer, and I’m likely making a STRAWBERRY rhubarb pie. :gig
 
New Recipe: Sourdough Bread
6-7 cups Bread Flour ( I used 1 cup whole wheat other Bread Flour)
1 cup Sourdough Starter
1/2 c melted coconut oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cups warm water
1T whey protein powder 1 T flaxmeal 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten 1tsp
yeast.......Mix in mixer ... place in greased bowl....cover let rest Overnight.
In the morning: flatten knead a little....bench rest 10 minutes. Grease
2 tins 9 x 5 ...flatten shape place in tin. Cover let rise recipe 4 - 12 hours
mine...I let rise 3 hours. Bake 400 degree oven 30 mins. Brush tops
with butter. Note: first time baked for me. Aria
