I don’t remember when this happened, but one of you asked about making cheese from whey. I decided to do an experiment on that. I found a recipe for something called Mysost.

Technically, it’s not a cheese, because it’s made from the whey. Still, it’s worth a shot.

I’m actually not certain, but it is a good thing. We are in a drought situation, and all the snow will help fill the reservoirs.

Made a 2 pound wheel of mozzarella.

Bread turned out well, I was afraid it would get too dark cos of the honey, but the color ist good

The 2. bread wasn’t as perfect, I only have one iron cast pot, so I has to leave it in the stove 5 minutes longer, you see it is a bit darker
