So, I'm not ordering until March so that I'll have plenty of time to do the coop and run upgrades I need to do. I'm torn between:

I want to mail order some Easter Eggers but I am a bit scared that a chick will arrive dead. That would be very upsetting.

my roos went to a some younger kids who lost their chickens not long before(I told them I sdid not want to know if they were gonna eat them)
