Not a chance....there's a high that has settled over us and hasn't budged a bit, that's one of the reasons we don't get rain in the summer here, unless a hurricane comes into the Gulf.

I'm situated in a unique place in the state, we get weather from the Pacific, weather from the Gulf and weather from the North and they all converge here in the San Antonio area of Texas.
That's what happened in the flood of '98. We had Pacific moisture and Gulf moisture coming in and a cold front from the North that stalled out right over us...24" of rain in 18 hours.
