I guess I should have pointed out, for those who are new to the waiting room, that this is my niece, Ashely, who just rang the "last chemo" bell in April. She was diagnosed with Leukemia just over two years ago, and our dear Rachel came into my life at the perfect time! Team Rachel and our namesake included Ashley in their thoughts and prayers, and we are eternally grateful. The shirt Ash is wearing is in support of another little one who has recently been diagnosed. Ashley and her family have made it their mission in life to support "the Castle"(Sanford Children's Health Hospital) and other kids fighting any kinds of cancer.
