What treat did your chickies get today?

I started feeding my flock of nuts the fermented feed that is on another thread. They love it and gobble it down! (Yes, chickens not turkeys!

lol) I am also sprouting some BOSS to give as treats when it gets ready. Until that time, they are just gonna get wild bird feed. I am trying so hard not to spoil them but they're so darned cute running to me when they see me that I forget.... Oh, well......

Few raisins/meal worms/part of a cabbage strung up. That is new to them so they acted like I had put a bomb on a string in there to blow them up! LOL Do your chickens act like that?

Cantalope that got lost in the frig, wheat sprouts, left over cabbage soup,

Canned peaches, a mix of leftover veggies that I puréed, crushed up stale graham crackers, some frozen cauliflower I bought thinking it was corn ( no one does cauliflower in my house) and I mixed it all up with some milk that is fixing to expire and crumbles that I want to get rid of. Yeah it looked gross but went over like gang busters!!!

I strung up some cabbage today also. I pretty much got the same looks!!

As long as it was in my hands, it was ok. After hanging it up it was "Oh h*** NO!!!"
