Ingredients:


1 large can Grands biscuits (not flaky or 3 eggs
butter) (8-oz.) grated cheddar cheese
1/2 (16-oz.) pkg. bulk sausage like

Cooking Instructions


Grease individual muffin tins or spray with oil. Divide biscuits in half horizontally and push one half inside and up the sides a little of muffin cups. Do this to 8 muffin cups Cook sausage until crumbly and brown. Drain grease. Beat eggs with a fork and add to sausage. Cook until barely done. Spoon a little of the sausage mixture on top of the biscuit in the muffin cups. Top with cheese. Flatten out remaining biscuit halves and place them on top of the cheese. Form the biscuit to cover most of the cheese and sausage mixture. Bake 325° to 350° for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown.

Note: These are good to make ahead of time and store in the refrigerator or freezer. Just pop one out and heat in microwave for breakfast at home or for on the road.
