3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup bisquick
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 egg whites
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cooking Instructions

Combine milk and egg whites. Beat. Combine all other ingredients, EXCEPT CHICKEN, in a zip lock bag. Cut chicken into strips. Dip in egg mixture and place in bag until half of the chicken is used. Shake to coat and place on a greased cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken. Bake at 450° for 12-14 minutes. You may also pan fry with 4 tbsp. of oil. Enjoy!

Note: Dips can be: Ranch, Honey Mustard, Ketchup, BBQ Sauce, etc. Be creative!
