Egg Salad

    6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    2 tbsp pickle relish
    1/4 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
    2 - 4 tbsp mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste

    Cooking Instructions

    Mix ingredients. Be spare with the yellow mustard. Too much can be overwhelming. Use mayonnaise beginning with 2 tbsp and only adding more if your egg mixture is too dry. Use as sandwich filling, serve with crackers and fruit or serve on a bed of lettuce.
