1 box sugar cookie mix
3 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 (8-oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. sugar, divided
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
Prepare cookie dough according to package and pat onto greased pizza pan or jelly roll pan. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool. Mix Cream cheese with 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread over cookie crust. Arrange peaches in spiral pattern over cream cheese mixture. Mix orange juice 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cornstarch. Cook on medium-low heat until thickened. Cool and drizzle over fruit. Chill before serving. Garnish with cool whip.
