Great way to leverage your space limitations! Nice build.

Out of curiosity, did you come up with a solar/battery solution for keeping the waterer from freezing in the winter? My coop also doesn't have electricity and am figuring out how accommodate that for winter.

Update 12/24: we eventually ran a heavy-duty extension cord out to the coop which has worked well.
