I keep getting this error message. Is it my computer or BYC?

FluxBB reported: Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: Can't create a new thread (errno 12); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug
 
I got it too.

I got it once when I opened a bunch of tabs... at least, I got the "FluxBB" one. Then I closed the tabs and went back to BYC... everything was fine from there on.

Now I have got this error message 4 times......

ETA: I am unable to use the "Search" function at all.
