What are you baking now?

You can freeze it. I do it all the time when I get tired of making them for the markets or have a stock pile. The day you get it out to thaw and start over is Day 1

Thanks!!!

I was up extra early this morning and baked some cookies before the heat took over the day.
I made Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate cookies found on the back of the package. I don't know why I've never made them before, but they sure are good.
I put the recipe into our cookie recipe file.

I just made giant mint chip chocolate with white chocolate chip cookies... my cheater cookie recipe....I call it my 3-2-1 cookies... 1 box of chocolate fudge cake, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup oil. And bake! Soooo divine. I even froze some dough for later as well. Mmmmm can you smell the giant Trader Joe's peppermint chips. They are so yummy with the white chocolate chips.

I made a blueberry and cherry pie last year it was so good the fruit went together nicely I was a bit worried about the two together.

Sounds good!

I made a batch in blue berry muffins this afternoon.. and then two loaves of Easy French Bread... I froze one of the loaves and also froze the muffins to have for breakfast during the week... We'll eat on the other loaf of bread this week. It is so good heated with butter and honey on it.. also slices good for sandwiches and toast..

I've been working on that too. Most of mine are going into jams. I have several bags of blackberries to work on next.

Here's a Fresh Sweet Cherry Pie I baked this evening from Stella cherries we picked this morning.
