Hobby lobby also sells the fake eggs pretty cheap if you have one near you. I think they were less than a dollar and look/feel just like real eggs. So much so my kiddos kept bringing them in the egg basket. I put a mark on them to tell the difference.

Anyone interested in a few buff brahma roosters?central il area. Got them at tsc at the end of February. 5 of 6 turned out to be boys and now we have way too many. They are very friendly so far kiddos pick them up a lot. Please let me know if there's any takers.
Weve been putting all of them out when the weather cooperates. So we should continue on that path? i think it'll freak if we just move it out without its chickie buddies (they are all pretty attached to each other) so we look for something bigger until they can all go in the coop together... or...
We ended ip with one duckling and 5 chicks wea are raising together in a brooder. Duck is getting way to big. Suggestions on adding to the coop with older chickens?
