Thanks for responding. I was thinking the wyandotte also because of the almost identical color pattern. Some people who have been to my house have assumed that she is the same breed as my rooster.
I guess that I could just experiment, and if I'm not happy with the results,...make soup.
My current flock consists of
1 Golden laced polish Rooster.
2 Silver leghorn hens
3 Easter egger hens
1 Dominique hen
1 Phoenix hen
2 Red game hens

2 Lakenvelders
2 Egyptian Fayoumis
I want to hatch 4 or 5 eggs and I'm having trouble deciding which way to go. Reading...

Jayzandra,
None of the birds have beards. At least right now. I believe all of my chickens have 3 toes but I will double check tomorrow. It will give me a reason to pick them up. During the photo session I noticed how skittish they were and I think they don't get handled enough. I want them to...
"the rest could be EE or something more exotic I'm not as familiar with"
Thats kinda where I'm at with it,....There seems to be a lot of chicken breeds that are similar to the last 5 pics, especially at this age. The very last one has yellow feet compared to the rest. Phoenix maybe...

The golden polish is the only one off the top hat list so the rest have to be on this list. (which includes EEs)
Rarest of the rare.
Sumatras, Dominiques...
Thats what I was thinking,...it certainly acts more like a male.
I think 2 of them are Egyptian Fayoumis.
I didn't think I would be getting Easter Eggers in an ornamental collection,...but I wouldn't care either way. Could they be something else?
I figured out this is the wrong forum and moved my post over to the "What breed and sex is this"
If anyone wants to here is the link

We ordered the ornamental layer collection from Mcmurray plus the free mystery chick. We lost one of the chicks on day 2 despite our best efforts to get it to eat and drink. They are 3 weeks old now. A few...
I wouldnt have guessed easter egger on any of them based on the photos from Mcmurray's website. What indicates easter egger? Colored eggs would be fun. I was thinking the last few that you were unsure of could be Phoenix??
This is the Mcmurray image of phoenix chicks,....they have the...

This is Fuzzhead. Obviously a golden...
