Coyotes just came through and killed my entire flock.

Some kind of sickness is sweeping through my flock and killing them, and I don't know what it is. They are fine one day and sick and dead the next. With all of the problems that I have had this year, I think I may just be done with keeping chickens!

So, today I decided to go to the Wilton swap, and came home with a Black tailed buff marans, a Black copper marans, a Penedesenca, and 4 Olive eggers. They are just beautiful!

Today is the first day since Sunday that I haven't lost a chicken. I wish the predator would show itself so I could get rid of it. I think the number of chickens it/they have gotten is up to 7.
