    OMG! I had the WORST day and then I read about Derp laying her first egg ON another chicken and I'm dying laughing so hard I'm almost crying. A good Derp story can brighten even the worst day! I mean, Why not?! Right?!?

    Ohhh.....maybe instead of Caramela, just Carmel, less syllables. The thing I didn't like about "Sunflower" is too many syllables. I REALLY like Carmel. I like Pepper too. Now this has me thinking...Reeses, Hershey, Snicker.

    I can't resist naming posts. My first thought was Sunflower because her feathers look like gleaming sunflower seeds when they are still in the flower. My second thought was Bean. I don't know why. I'm curious to know the names of your other hens.
