I used Flock raiser with some niacin in their drinking water every other time I changed it.

I also would not clip their wings... It would make it harder for them to get away from a would be predator. Amazon used to sell avian netting pretty reasonable, it's where I got mine.

They are really hard to sex...I'd wait a bit longer. The females will develop a rounder crest and the males will have 'crazy hair'. :lau

Edited. Very good advice. And I agree, that poop is off and coccidia is pretty common illness to treat.

I always give my chicks just a tad bit of acv unfiltered in their water. It has seemed to me to help keep them from getting pasty butt. The Vaseline or veg oil on their hiney will help alot too for sure.

Sounds like they are just losing the down faster than growing new feathers.

Oh my, poor thing. I would suggest isolating him and trying to get him to take some electrolytes. Save a chick packs from tsc are really good to give mixed with water. Hopefully one of the experts will chime in soon. :(
