Found an egg under roosting area- unusual

Hi all! My lovey ladies have been laying for almost 2 years now and all is peachy! But today I found an egg in their hen house under where they roost at night and not in the nesting boxes (which were clean and not full of eggs). Totally going to be checking to see if they are all matured to the point of laying, they all look like it to me, but I will be checking their vents later! I have read that when matured, they will lay every 26 hours, so I felt like I should be getting 5 eggs a day, and 4 eggs sometimes. Thanks...
