Ended up finding a rabbit cage on walmart.ca so I ended up buying that with paypal. Yaaaay! Now I have to wait 2 weeks for it and the quail feeder to arrive . Maybe this is what the universe was trying to have me get? WHo knows how the Creator works, LOL.

I swear something is preventing me from upgrading the quails' enclosure. The sterilite container I ordered twice got cancelled twice and now the cage I'm wanting..... My funds never came in so I have to wait to purchase it. UGH. One problem I can live with. Two is annoying. Three is a conspiracy of the universe against me, LOL!

Turns out it was just overall better re-ordering the enclosure rather than the cruddy guinea pig enclosures they had. Meh. Ah well. Also got myself a proper Hydrometer/temperature reader for the incubator in case the digital one sucks.

Well, the enclosure I was planning to build for the quail is bust. The container was late and never showed and then walmart canceled the order. I might just end up doing a guinea pig cage Saves me the work!

Looks like the conure eggs will hatch around January 13th! Mom is sitting pretty hard on the eggs and whenever she leaves the nest box, she covers her eggs. You can tell she's done this before, LOL!

MEEEEERRY CHRISTMAS everybirdy!

The quail are officially weird birds. Gonna have to get a proper quail feeder because they keep knocking over the one I made. Le sigh. As for the conures - still only 2 eggs . I checked the nest box and just about lost my nose to a protective momma.
