You know I don't go out of my kind, (well I don't think I do) to rescue those animals.
Couple weeks back at the pet store they had a fry black molly with another young silver molly, I asked the guy that works there if I could buy them, they have that tank with plants and baby fish but usually they don't sell them. He said I will not sell them to you but fill out an adoption form and they are yours for free. So I came home with a wee little tiny black molly and a silver molly whose mouth is difformed due to overbreeding, believe it or not they are very sweet friendly little fish. Then at the other pet store they had 7 rosy red minnows in the oscar tank waiting to be eaten, $1,50 later they were at my home, snd they went in my 60 gallons and they are just thriving in there.
Where do you have your gigantic gold fish in a tank or in a pond? What other fish do you have?
I wanted to ask you, I don't know much about duck is there a breed that is easier for beginner?

I do not have any more livestock, but the usual barn cat that was dumped here a few years ago, wild as could be. I worked on taming her, a treat here and there works wonderful, lol. Then she stayed, and stayed longer and had 3 babies that we gave away, we had her fixed and 2 years later she is still here, the most affectionate cat I have ever met in my life. Then we have Sasha our dog, a lab/husky cross that we got when she was 6 months old. The owner wanted her to go the pound because she did not get along well with their other dog. When we picked her up she was frightened, totally scared of "men". There you go another abused one. It took her six months to get to somewhat trust my husband. And we have fish, multiple tanks, What about you what other animals do you have.
As for the ducks, I like the Indian runner because of their looks, I also like others but don't know the breeds Then if I find one who need to be rescued, somehow I will get it, lol My mission in life rescueing

Oh no no no no. Chickens are obviously better than ducks, It is common knowledge. and of course Turkeys are the pinnacle of the bird world..
