I wish my feed was this cheap!!! I am currently paying $26/50 lb bag of both chick starter and broiler grower. With my 35 hens and 11 CX, I go through a bag of each roughly every 10 days.

Yeah, my girls arrived. I even got a few extra. unfortunatly i have lost 9. 5 on arrival, 2 the next day. 1 each the next 2 days. hopefully I'm good now. the worst part is out of 7 red leghorns i ordered 5 have died.

Fairbanks. My girls are due to arrive the first week of March and I hope to have them out into their coop by mid April. Are weather here is really dry. So in their insulated coop im building im not too concerned about frostbite atm.
