Wild turkeys seperate durring the spring breeding season and to my knowledge can stay seperated until fall then they join bachelor groups the hens with other hens and poults and the males stay together...

Had three pip at the wrong end! two made no further progress, and I intervened with last one and it dies late last night...Bottom Line if id got there and intervened earlier I think I could have saved all three!

Again there is no way to tell if the eggs are fertile if you havent started incubating them yet...Just put all of them in and candle on day 7 or 10 and if you see development great! If not then you can make a choice to keep them in or discard...

If you havent started incubating them yet, then how are you seeing a dark spot? Are you seeing an embryo or the yolk? Shipped eggs sometimes have air bubbles! Are they shipped eggs?

I just got home from work and now have 4 baby poults!!!! There stompin all the other eggs LOL!! Still see a couple more eggs pipped so hopefully I can get a few more poults! The little turkeys are running all around the bator like their playing soccer with the other eggs! I hope everyone...

I ahve 18 eggs in the bator, and now on day 27 I have 4 baby turkeys out...Some of the rest of the eggs were pipped and are pipped but the poults are kicking and smashing and bumping the eggs all around...And some of the pips are upside down...Would it be ok this evening to quickly remove the...

Well im incubating turkey eggs so it takes 28 not 21..I used 40 to 50% the first 25 now at 75% humidity..temp 99.5... I have 9 pipped out of 18 with 1 probably dead and another that pipped the wrong end too! No zipping yet and some that pipped the egg is just slightley dented and cracked...
