Are they horses/ponies that have accomplished something? If I were going to advertise myself as a pony trainer I would probably have a "my ponies" page and list the accomplishments of each pony and include the best quality pictures of each pony.

I suggest that you lower the pony size. 12 hands is actually quite big for a pony. If you're light enough I think you can probably go as short as 10 hands. Here is an 11.2 ridden by adults that are at least 5'4" (153 cm) and 120 pounds (55 kg).
Hey, if you're small enough you should emphasize your ability to work with ponies! Here there is a huge demand for adult trainers small enough to train ponies.
