When you decide to sell the drakes you aren't going to keep, can you PM me? I'm moving out onto a farm very very soon and I am looking for muscovies of either sex right now.
This is the noise my mule duck, Peking, makes. It's not a quack and I am not sure what to call it exactly. Just thought it would be interesting to share with you guys.
I clipped my duck's wings and he was fine about it. He didn't struggle to get away and he was just fine after I was finished. Plus he goes on car rides with me all the time
I need Shellie's number if anyone has it. I sent her PayPal payment for a Mother Goose Muscovy size diaper two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. sent her 1 PM last week and got no response Not sure if she's just too busy or had a family emergency. Shellie, if you see this please give me a PM...
Any possible chance of her having a dominant dwarfism gene? My scovy, the bigger one, is twice the size of her and is feathering out. They both were said to have hatched on the same day.
Do female Muscovies just grow slower than males? because my boy is huge.
I've had this question for a long time and I've been thinking about it a lot recently. I live by a few beaches and I was wondering if I could take my duck there? I thought salt water would be a bad idea for non seaducks.
I have a duckling that is almost 5 weeks old. Last week I put her in a cage with two 1 month old Indian Runners. She stared them down then proceeded to actually charge the two runner ducklings over and over.
What's up with this behavior?
I have diapers from MotherGoose and I really like them. There isn't a Leak Guard in them like there is in Nettie's diapers. The shipping from MotherGoose only took 6 days, too.
I couldn't find anything on khaki campbells being born in a grey colored down. Could she possibly be a blue Campbell? I looked at the feathers more closely and they are coming in as grey and brown.
