I've been testing some 5 gallon buckets and watering nipples. The chickens seem to work ok with it, but prefer a source of water with more "output" if you will. Anyone using only water nipples to water the chicken? Is this enough?
I had a chick die unexpectedly the other day. Probably a month and half to two months old. Looked fine, acted fine. I picked it up and under its left wing he had a lack of down like under the right wing. Any ideas here? My other chicks haven't been effected by anything.
