yall think chickens would bother the 2, i know they will trash a garden but would they mess up taters and onions bein there under ground? and foods they wouldnt eat?

do ducklings ever slow down, (there the most exciting thing) it seems there is always something happening with them
either there all asleep or all up goin crazy, not like chicks were some will sleep some some wont,

i didnt think about this till now but i have a thread about a roo with a respitory illness off some sort in the basement, where we brood chicks
well tuesday we are getting ducklings, should i keep them out of the basement totally, i really dont wany them to get this same illness
aliright 2 weeks ago we had a roo get a runny nose and a small rattle in his chest
we started a med last week som time and he seems to be getting better, his runny nose is better but the rattle in his chest is pretty consistant
is he contagious after 2 weeks?, as he is isolated in the warm...
alright are ducklings are coming next week, and there is not 1 feed store that carries non-medicated chick starter (its all medicated) or i cant find any brewers yeast,
I asked one of the feed store owners and he said they they would be just fine on the medicated
?s do they really need non...
how many of you all have gotten coal in your stocking?
im thinking of loading up my little girls stocking this year as a joke
of corse give her the real stocking after we all have are laugh

is there a breed that tends to be more aggressive then others? if so which ones?
we are getting black swedish, khaki campbells, and fawn and white runners
just curious on how aggresive these breeds could be (i imagine the drakes more then the ducks)

how common is blue comb and should we cull him ?
we have a rooster that seems to have a cold you can hear the congestion in the chest, and has some nasel discharge, his comb lays to the side, he is been in the basement out of the cold in an old water trough and dont seem to be getting any better, any suggestions?
