How much in the water for 1 week old baby chicks?
I found a loose poop with some red in it and have one chick that's not as lively as the rest.
They're on non-medicated feed and allowed to free range with Momma Hen during the day.
One of our 5, one week old chicks is just standing around and sleeping as of today. Could it be cocci? I cant really get a good look at any poo due to them all being out free ranging.

I recently acuired two new hens for my lone australorp roo and they just run when he tries to mount them. He is already very protective of them and herds them back in if they wonder too far. They just want nothing to do with mating. Could they be too young? I dont know their age.
