    Cochin baby - big squishy crop and lethargic

    We brought home 5 new cochin chicks yesterday. Today one of the older ones (maybe 3 weeks) is not moving around. I checked it and it has a big squishy crop. I isolated it and gave it water. What do i need to do to help it??? Its breathing shallow and not moving around..... Help!
