    What are the odds....

    of getting a rooster from the pullet bin when buying from a feedstore? I'm guessing that you are not guaranteed 100% to get all pullets. We currently have bought 20 chicks. 1 is going to a family member. I am worried about a few of them being roosters.

    A few pics of our coop in progress.

    My hubby has been working on our chicken coop/run for the past 2 days. Here are a couple of pics. We have it connected to our shed. Part of it is going to be enclosed with their nesting boxes. The other part is going to have chicken wire. It will have a metal roof over the whole thing.
