    New chicks

    I have some eggs that are going to hatch this coming weekend and I was wondering is it safe to put the chicks out side at eight weeks old . I have afully enclosed coop but the walls and roof are metal . I'm going to put foam boards up this weekend .

    Eggs With no shells

    I'm new to the chicken game and I have a question about egg laying . Can a chicken lay an egg with out a shell ? I found one in the nesting box and one on the ground and didn't see any egg shell anywhere . Can someone shed some light on this . thanks

    Hen not laying in the nesting boxes because of my rooster .

    I have a rooster telling my hen were to lay her eggs and its not in the nesting boxes . She's laying them on the ground and i'm affriad that the other chickens will start pecking the eggs and when they start that they won't stop . What can i do about that ?
