i don't think its a human. We are kinda off to ourself. It would be hard form them to get a bird during daylight with out us noticing.

I am sorry for your loss. At this point I would talk to the neighbor and see if they are willing to make it right. I would also let them know that if the dog comes back what will happen to it.I would not shoot to kill or to wound the dog, but to stop it from attacking your livestock.

We received a call from the ladies attorney today. They offered $300 paid out over 6 months. Not sure what were gonna do yet.

Well I got my response back to my request. She has offer to pay for new chicks to replace the 20 some week old laying pullets that I had. Guess its time to file in court. And hope that somehow she is made to pay.
