I used a couple drops of each. Depends on the size of the flock. Maybe 1 drop per 10 birds. make sure to use only organic, therapeutic grade oils. The stuff you by at the store is full of chems and fillers. It may do more harm then good.

I have Jearhons, Hambars, Crele Polish and Gold Cuckoo Marans. All auto sex. All fun, in different ways.

Thanks Walt, I will see where I am at that point. Sad part is, I'm not even breeding GNH, I'm breeding Hambars, which are doing great (thanks Keith!). GNH, not so great. I am breeding to the standard but not for show, more for sustainability. Nice duel purpose birds for people to raise for meat...

Ooops, mixed ones came from eggs. Chicks shipped were pure GNH. What is the usual vigor on this breed? 4 batches with bad luck/vitality. I was hoping the mixed ones would have better vigor....

I believe I do have 2 of your line, from Coopers Coop. But that is the hen that is not right. And a roo....I might have one more that i sexed wrong. I thought was a roo...but now I'm not so sure. I will try to post a pic. I do have two more fro someone who shipped me older chicks, with no food...

Very nice! We have had bad luck with our Silver Phoenix. Got the from some clueless breeders. They bred gold in there so the colors are often wrong and the roos are MEAN!

Saw you two over there...thanks! It is still new and not much traffic yet. So spread the word! PLEASE Wolftrack, what kind of Phoenix? Gold or silver? Sorry to hear you lost her. I now have to cull one of y 2 GNH hens. I wish horse breeders were as good about culling as chicken breeders.
