    Yesterday when I went to the coop where my three hens live, there were FOUR eggs. Now is that normal? They were definitely all from that morning because I took out three eggs the day before.

    This is interesting, because this morning when I went to feed my girls, in their enclosure was an egg without a shell (just had the membrane which had broken) but inside the coop were three eggs - two brown and one pure white. My hens are only about 7-8 months old by the way.
