A couple times when I have gone to gather eggs, I notice what looks like egg white, but there are no signs of yolk or shell. Does anyone know if my hen is eating the egg or is it a shelless egg with no yolk? I keep thinking if she was eating it, I would see little pieces of shell.

I was going to go get another LG for the hatcher but read something about them burning their heads. Is there a simple way to make a hatcher? I tried to search but didn't have any luck.
