Do you have in white jersey giants. You may possible sale? Looking for a roo and few hens. I live in mariposa ca. Outside of yosemite. I have some blacks would love to have some whites.
I like them for the protection factor. We eat the ones that are bad. No need to pass on mean rooster genes. Especially when you can have one that's super sweet.
Hello all. I am looking for some jersey giants to add to our flock. I live in California near Yosemite. Does any one know of anywhere I can get some besides online as the shipping is a bit much. Thanks
We have had the opposite experience with our welsummer. Aka Lynette. She's been with us for almost 5 years. Survived several predator attacks. And loves people. She is the boss of the bunch but I have never seen her pick on anyone except for our roosters. She is also one of our best layers still...
I'm looking for a couple jersey giants. I live in California. Near Yosemite. Can anyone help? I don't want to order 25 as I am pretty full up on chickens now. Lol.
I have been looking for jersey giants. I'm in California near Yosemite in the hills of Mariposa. I want just a couple of them. And none of our local feed stores etc will order unless I get 25 or more. And ordering via internet same issue plus the shipping is ridiculous. Any ideas?
Mealworms. They love them. Never fails to draw them in no matter where they are on the property. We have 3 1/2 acres they get to free range most of it and every time I open the lid I keep the worms in they come a running.

Like your use of the swing set. That's pretty awesome. Those coons will keep coming until you dispatch them. In my exsperieance that is and I have only had chickens for four years now. But we have a lot of predator exsperience. The hard way unfortunately for our chickens. How ever we have...
