Today is the end of day 14! I just have a quick question:

Everything is going smoothly, I have only had to throw out 1 egg (Infertile). The others seems to be developing accordingly and air sacs too.

From my personal expiriences, I would do the dry method with quail and chickens. I have had very good hatches using the dry method.
But for duck eggs I would not recommend using the dry method as duck eggs naturally need quite a bit of more humidity.
Its a Brinsea-Mini- Eco incubator.
Yes I do use hygrometer, ( the thermometer is included and is accurate ).
I use a reptile hygrometer which you can get in most pet shops
for less than 2 - 3 $.

@ SandraMort: They will safely hold 6 chickens or 6 duck eggs. Yes it can hold 12 coturnix quail eggs perfectly. When opening and turning the eggs you obviously loose heat and humidity but for me after 1 min the temps are back to normal and humidity too.
