Wanted: LF Salmon Favorelle cockerel i am in Ventura county in CA

My 3 month Old LF salmon favorelle is tiny. He is only a little bit larger that a female bantam Cochin of the same age. I also have 2 BC Marans that are at least twice his size. Is it normal for SF cockerel to take much longer to grow and mature then other breeds?

Can you SF experts rate the quality of my girl. I think she isbeautiful but would like expert's opinion. Thank you

I have been searching the internet on different methods to remove or reduce the size of a rooster's spur. There are so many different ways that I am totally confused on what to do. Should I remove it completely with pliers, cut it down or just file it? What is the prefer way to do it?
