    I use ceramic eggs, I drew faces on them so we could tell them apart from the real eggs. They stay in the nests pretty well. I used to have alot of snake issues when I lived in Missouri, but not since I have moved here to TN, (knock on wood, LOL) Most of my hens seem to be past the molt, one...

    Really? DE not effective if wet? Some of the recommendations say to add it to water/liquid and drink, I would think this does not change the basic composition of DE, the sharp edges that are supposed to be the effective part...? An animal/human would get no effect then at all?

    Don't know if its OK for me to ask this here or not, but here goes, about the canning classes, I know how to can, but need to know where I can get the gaskets and pressure gauge checked on my pressure canner, is there somewhere that I can do this? Have had the thing for years and never used it...
