    I found this out the hard way. Ran out of oyster shell and kept putting off going to the feed store after getting my freedom Kings feed. Soft shells (and very porous ones) showed up rather quickly, within a few weeks,but were gone as soon as I started supplementing again.

    Just got home from work and snapped a few pics. Blue(?) showgirl, partridge(?) showgirl, and a black silkie. Love them all. My kids are squealing with excitement!

    Eeek! I can hardly contain the excitement. First time broody was a success. What a good mama little Zsa Zsa is! Chiqita, what color is this showgirl? Now I have to go spend the rest of my day at work. :(
