Just wanted to update you guys! The duckling hatched! It was due a couple days ago, and succesfully hatched WOOHHOO! And the goose egg is due today, and it has a pip! So all seems well :D

Okay I have a bit of an odd question; can geese and duck eggs develope an air cell if the egg has quit??
out of my 7 geese and 2 duck I can only see one goose and one duck egg developing, but they ALL have air cells and the air cells are getting bigger.
Any idea what's going on??

The Brinsea works like a dream, it holds tempatures amazingly, and humidity. I barely have to fiddle with it besides adding water because it turns the eggs automacticly. We got it off Craigslist used for 60$!

Oh wow you have a lot going on! I autually had to buy another incubator for my geese eggs because my brinsea 20 Eco is full of chicken eggs.
Would it be okay to move the geese and duck eggs into the Brinsea once the chicken eggs have hatched?

I candled them all tonight and they're air cells have all gotten bigger (just a little) AND when candling one of the duck eggs I saw a very nice embryo! YAY!!
